ALL COOKED OUT
by Sean Cooke
Welcome back, fellow voyagers of the culinary universe, to another and perhaps the final monthly sojourn into the land of the tempted taste bud.
I have come to another crossroads in life, and have decided to move from the arena of the kitchen into the vast, complex and intriguing world of computers and the internet.
Because of this change, I desire to take a sabbatical from public cooking and food writing, to let the transition and inner process coalesce and see what direction I may want to take in passing on the culmination of my experience.
Before I go - a reminder of a couple of keys to lively cooking creativity:
First, don't forget attitude. How you are goes into what you cook, so relax, smile and breath deeply while cooking for those you care for, and second, check out your kitchen's atmosphere; do you need a couple plants or softer lighting? How about some great music? Cooking is a vital part of our lives; practice cooking with presence and joy. . . And keep your eyes open and your mouths watering, who knows what is to come next.
Thank you for your ongoing support and enjoyment of my monthly column.
Laugh, Love, and Live
