Cappuccino Brownies
by Sean Cooke

Hi, I'm not going to make your party this weekend, so I wanted to send you the

recipe for the brownies. During the process of moving, I guess that I

mistakenly threw out part of it, I have searched everywhere I can think of.

What's missing is the chocolate topping part, but I think the will still be

wonderful with just the cream cheese frosting. Have a great party,

Cappuccino Brownies:

Brownies:

8oz. bittersweet chocolate

1 1/2 sticks butter

2 Tbs. fine ground dark roast coffee

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 tsp. vanilla

4 eggs 1 cup flour

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup chopped walnuts

Melt chocolate in metal bowl over pan of simmering water then add butter

and coffee stirring until smooth. Rremove bowl from heat, cool for 10

minutes. Stir in first the sugar then vanilla, eggs, flour, salt and

walnuts in that order. Pour into 13x9 pan and bake at 350 for 22-25

minutes. Cool completely.

Cream Cheese frosting:

8 oz. cream cheese

3/4 stick butter

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla and

cinnamon. Spread over brownies and chill for one hour.
